Do you want to make big changes whilst feeling confident and empowered, to live a life that aligns with who you truly are?

This 8 session coaching program is up to 6 months of personalised support to help you declutter and redesign your life and confidently deal with new or existing challenges with clear boundaries and calm. You get clear on who you are, what you want and how to get there. We figure out what makes you you and your identity. It is a process of exploration, discovery and clarity.

It is designed to provide you with tools and resources, takes an evidence based approach, combining nueroscience, mindfulness and mindset mastery tools.

We work in a safe, non judgemental space where you can share your thoughts and feelings freely and where we work on the tools, support and change you need to rewire your thoughts, understand your unique strengths and  manage your limitations. 

You will build self belief to make the changes in your life and feel confident to navigate highs and lows with presence and ease. You will deepen self awareness, be able to focus on your intution and reduce self doubt. You will implement clear boundaries and own your voice – it matters. You will know what to prioritise in life, feel aligned with what is important to you and feel confident making decisions based on self trust.

How we work together

3 STEP APPROACH

During our time together we will work on who you are right now, not who you are supposed to be! We will do inner work and mindset work to figure out why you feel misaligned and what’s blocking you from being the person you want to be or living how you want to live. 

We make sense of your mind, emotions, self limiting beliefs, inner negative voice and your triggers. We will look at your values, skills and motivations and find out what is important to you.

Explore

Next we will learn what lights you up, what your 10/10 life looks like (career, mindset, or life in general) and what you want to include in your life going forward, and address what negative aspects you want to let go of. 

We look not only at tanglible practical steps but also behaviours and patterns.  We will put a roadmap into place to work on next steps, you goal, happiness and wellbeing and mark out milestones and how to achieve them. 

Create

Explore what happens as we move forward, step into the mindset and take small steps towards the goal. Move into your potential. Establish routines and habits that boost wellbeing, resilience and commitment. Cultivate self compassion and a better relationship with yourself.

Celebrate your achievements, and your potential. You’re ready to start living the best version of yourself.
